"I Lied" is a rage comic character, sometimes used similarly to the famous Trollface.
Origin
On May 10, 2011 Redditor Coveiro uploaded the very first rage comic including "I Lied". Coveiro later uploaded a revised version on May 14, 2011. I Lied later spread to many other sites, and is now very well-known in the meme universe.
